Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Machine

Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Machine
Product Detailed
We DSCD provide design, equipment supply, technical guidance and training during civil, installation and commissioning.

Project Overview

The technology adopts the pyrolysis catalytic reforming approach to convert waste tires into sellable products that include various grades of finely milled carbon char, three (3) cuts of oil, pyrolysis gas and high quality tensile steel. This technology will decompose the waste tires to molecular gas and oil by indirect high temperature heating, and then condensing the oil and collecting steel and carbon, all for sale in commodity markets.

The equipment for the thermal conversion (TC) process was developed in China. The equipments manufactured with this technology has sold over 100 batches of thermal conversion pyrolysis systems all over Asia, the Middle East and Europe. The system has been upgraded extensively with enhanced materials, a smart PLC control system with internet monitoring capability, and a highly effective emission control system.

The full commercial process includes: waste tire shredding equipment, automatic in-feed conveyors, thermal conversion reactors, oil and pyrolysis gas recovery systems, carbon char processing and packaging systems, pyro-gas management and storage system, steam generation equipment, diesel electricity generator and an emissions control system. The carbon char, oil and steel can be processed and packaged for sale in commodity markets. The pyro-gas recovered from the thermal conversion process can be stored and fed into the gas burner system for the thermal conversion reactor on demand. Propane gas can be used to start the combustion process until the internally generated gas is sufficient to fuel the TC process. In addition, steam and electricity utilities requirements can be generated on the plant site with the surplus pyro-gas and the combining of the light and heavy pyro-oil recovered from the pyrolysis process.
